Your orientation steps
Your Hoosier experience starts here
Your New Student Orientation journey
New Student Orientation is required of all new IU undergraduate students. Managed by the Office of Orientation & Enrollment Services, orientation prepares new students and their supporters for the transition to college and to Indiana University. The program provides meaningful information, connections, and activities to help students feel more comfortable, confident, and ready to start their first year as a Hoosier.During New Student Orientation, students register for their first semester of class. Students will also have an opportunity to learn about resources, opportunities, traditions, student life, and connect with other students and staff.
